What Is a Turning Point?
Take a listen
“A turning point is a moment in Scripture where everything changes — where God steps in, and nothing can remain the same afterward. Before the moment, the world looks one way. After it, everything shifts. These 52 moments trace the arc of God’s redemption story from Creation to the return of Christ. One turning point per week, for a full year. Each entry moves through the same rhythm: what came before, the moment everything changed, and what followed after.”
“This Jesus God raised up, and of that we all are witnesses.”— Acts 2:32

Creation
God speaks — and everything begins.
Before anything was, God existed. Then He spoke. Genesis 1–2 doesn't show a distant force but a Creator personally shaping the world with pleasure and purpose. Out of nothing (ex nihilo), He calls order, crafts humanity in His image (imago Dei), and calls it all good. Not just functional—good. The highlight isn't the stars or oceans. It's a man and a woman, placed in a garden, drawn into relationship with their Maker.
Nothing. No order. No life. No meaning.
God speaks: "Let there be..."
A world with shape and beauty. Humanity, bearing God's image, not as a footnote but as the centerpiece of creation.
Do I live as someone made and loved by God—or am I still busy trying to invent myself?
